In addition to the IOS Regatta fee as per Robina's post, if you wish be part of the CELEBRATION MEAL ON SUNDAY 19:30 where we all gather and pat ourselves on the back , or console each other ; but generally have a good time socialising together over a meal, some/lots of drinks and a collection of laughs
then please add £10 to this fee by way of a deposit to secure your bum (and that of your partners) on a seat for this event.
A table(s) for 50 at Inn on the Quay upstairs 1st floor on the Quay where the ferry docks on St. Marys has been booked but needs to have deposits paid.
I don't have the details of the menu yet, and as a result the cost per head has yet to be confirmed, as the Chef is still sorting out the menu.
To set expectations I suspect it will be in the region of £35 per head at worst, but this is just a guide, hopefully it will be less than that. Those that have been before will know it is very difficult to find a place that can fit in 50 people after the event, as all clubs do this and demand is high for this prime time of 19:30. This is why this HAS TO BE PREBOOKED AND PAID FOR PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Robina has done a stirling job in the past and it has never been easy.
Partners and supporters are most welcome so please include them when paying your Regatta fee £50 and meal Deposit £10 (£20 if including partners), and those who are not rowing, BUT are VITAL supporters please pay your meal deposit £10, via the same route, but clearly you don't need to pay the Regatta fee. Thank you.
Any questions please let Robina, myself or Bev know, or post via the forum.
